Nightline Frankfurt

Anonymous phone line by students for students, during the lecture period for anyone who needs someone to talk to:

Call-a-CAB (Come Along Buddy)

Free buddy support program provided by students for students who need help coping with special circumstances. The goal is to provide students with personal and confidential support in difficult situations during their studies. Do you suffer from headaches? You are not alone - about 2/3 of students in Germany suffer from migraines, tension headaches or headaches caused by excessive medication. With the right information and healthy habits, you can do a lot to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches and migraines. All students at the Goethe University can receive support in prevention through high-quality, well-founded and data-protection-compliant multimedia content. R + V BKK is supporting the program in accordance with its official mandate. The materials can be accessed free of charge and free of advertising.


Studicare

Studicare offers a variety of self-help training programs designed to improve well-being or reduce psychological stress. The programs cover topics such as mindfulness, stress, anxiety, depression, procrastination, Internet use, sleep, physical ailments, alcohol, gambling, cannabis, and physical exercise. The programs are based on cognitive-behavioral techniques and have been proven effective in scientific studies.

Rauchmelder

Rauchmelder's free offer includes a consultation in Frankfurt as well as an app that helps to measure cannabis, cigarette and alcohol consumption and to achieve self-defined goals.
