Want to make a suggestion or share an idea about how to improve your experience at Goethe University? Is there something that particularly pleased or annoyed you? Have you identified something that needs urgent attention? Do you have a concern and don't know who to turn to?

Goethe University offers a variety of counseling options. Let us help you navigate through them!

The Feedback and Complaints Office (FeBe) can help you find the right place to go.

In general:

  • Your first point of contact for questions about exams, courses, etc. is always the appropriate faculty. This is where you will find the subject matter expertise you need to resolve your concerns.
  • If you need support in a conflict, e.g. with fellow students, teachers or the examination office, the student ombudsman is available to assist you.
  • If you feel discriminated against, the Equal Opportunities Office is the best place to go.
  • You can find more resources in the Advising Guide and under "Ohne Konflikte durch das Studium" (under construction)
  • If you are unsure or do not know who the right person to talk to about your concern, please feel free to contact us in confidence.

Data privacy notice

The data you provide will be stored and processed by the Feedback and Complaints Office of Goethe University. The processing is confidential. Personal data will only be passed on if necessary and only with your consent. Complaints will be evaluated anonymously and stored only for quality management purposes. Your personal data will be properly deleted once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, but no later than two years after receipt of the request.
