The data you provide will be stored and processed by the Feedback and Complaints Office of Goethe University. The processing is confidential. Personal data will only be passed on if necessary and only with your consent. Complaints will be evaluated anonymously and stored only for quality management purposes. Your personal data will be properly deleted once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, but no later than two years after receipt of the request.
