About me

I am Benedikt and since April 2023 I am a research assistant and PhD student in the Department of Social Psychology, where I already worked as a student assistant between November 2020 and September 2022. I completed my bachelor's and master's studies in psychology (apart from an Erasmus semester abroad at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest) at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. In my master's degree, I specialized in work and organizational psychology (major) and clinical psychology (minor). My research interests are diverse and interdisciplinary, but I currently focus mainly on social identity and leadership. In line with this, my master thesis dealt with the validation of a new instrument to assess identity leadership.
