Abstract

I am Helen, an external PhD student in the Department of Social Psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt, and I am conducting research on the topic of social identification and identity leadership in virtual teams. In particular, I would like to focus on investigating factors that lead to effective collaboration in virtual teams. In addition to my PhD, I work as a freelancer for a consulting firm in Munich.
