Abstract          

After almost 20 years of working in sales for small, medium-sized companies and big corporations, I am back at university. My academic background is business administration, but my strong passion ever since is social psychology. Hence, this passion was one of my success factors in my career. Be it tough contractual negotiations with customers or leading team members, social psychology always plays a crucial role where people interact.
