About me

I am Berrit and external PhD-student in the social psychology department since 2021. After I graduated from school, I did social work in a Children’s Home in Cape Town, South Africa and in 2016, I started studying psychology in Frankfurt (Main). During my Bachelor’s program, I spent one semester at the College of New Jersey in the US and afterwards, I wrote my Bachelor thesis concerning the topic: “Team identification and the correlations with Burnout, Flourishing at Work, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and extrahours”. During my Master’s program in Frankfurt (Main) I worked in the department as a student assistant and my studies had a focus on Clinical Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology. In October 2021, I started the psychotherapist training at Berlin Psychological University.
