Dorota Godlewska-Werner
Biography
Dorota Godlewska-Werner PhD is an Assistant Professor at the University of Gdańsk and is the Director of the Postgraduate Studies in Organisational Leadership Psychology. She is interested in leadership, team building, occupational development, and effective vs counterproductive behaviour in organisations. She combines science with practice, working as a consultant, trainer, and coach to support the development of soft competencies. She is a member of the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology.
