Biography
Neves is a Professor of Management at the Nova School of Business and Economics where he is also the Co-Director of the Leadership and Well-Being Observatory. His research focuses mainly on leadership, with an emphasis on its destructive side, and change management, with a particular interest in the dynamics of resistance to change. He currently serves in the Editorial Board of several journals and is the President-Elect of the International Association of Applied Psychology.
