Biography
Juan A. Moriano is a Full Professor of Social and Organizational Psychology at the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in Spain. His research endeavors to apply social psychology principles within workplace and organizational contexts. He has contributed 130 publications to the field, including books, special issues, and numerous chapters and papers in academic journals. Through his studies on leadership, Moriano provides both scholarly insights and practical guidance for improving leadership practices in diverse organizational settings.
