  • Students, staff and other university members and affiliates affected by discrimination
  • Supporters and allies of persons affected by discrimination
  • Witnesses of discrimination and violence
  • Teaching staff, advisors and other confidants who wish to receive more information on (anti-)discrimination

Counselling services

  • Initial counselling
  • Individual and group counselling

Counselling principles

  • Counselling is always confidential.
  • Counselling focuses on the perspectives, experiences and needs of the persons affected. Further steps are only taken with the consent of the person seeking advice.
  • Counselling is partial; together we explore potential strategies for dealing with the specific situation or experience.
  • Referral to other qualified counselling services is arranged if there is a request for more extensive and long-term support (for example psychological counselling or empowerment).
