A significant reduction in core symptoms of Gaming and Internet Disorder was observed after 12 months (d = 0.63; p < 0.001) with a significant interaction effect (time*group; p = 0.028). The efficacy trial was funded by the Dietmar-Hopp Foundation with a funding volume of 115,000 €.

PROTECT+: gov: NCT03582839
