Since April 2020 our new department for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy - including teaching, research and patient care - exists.

In teaching we offer child and adolescent clinical psychology as well as child and adolescent psychotherapy for the Bachelor and Master degree in Psychology.

Our research focus lies on psychotherapy research concerning Internet and Gaming Disorder. You can find publications and research projects on the following sites.

Our outpatient psychotherapy centre for children and adolescents offers outpatient psychotherapeutic treatment for children, adolescents and young adults aged 0 to 21. Together with the outpatient psychotherapy care for adults of the Department for Clinical Psychology, it forms the Center for Psychotherapy.

Currently, we are in the process of developing our specialised outpatient care for Internet and Gaming disorder. 

In our training programme we offer a postgraduate training as a child and adolescent psychotherapist.
