Dual-Career-Network Rhein-Main (DCN-RM)

Attracting top talent to the region

The goal of our Dual Career Network is to jointly attract top talent for business and science to the Rhine-Main Region.

Today, top executives can often only be successfully recruited if their partner also has a career perspective.
By supporting dual career couples, we are meeting the desire of many couples for a professional career and a shared center of life.
In this way, we are helping to create partnership- and family-friendly working conditions in the Rhine-Main Region.

More success through good networking

We support the partners of newly hired top executives in their job search.
In doing so, the DCN-RM creates attractive opportunities for a successful continuation of their professional career: fixed contact persons at each organization bring the inquiries from the network for open positions internally to the right place and help individually with the individual application.
In addition, the members of our network benefit from professional networking and collegial exchange.

A steady expansion course

The DCN-RM (formerly DCN-MRM) was founded in 2011 on the initiative of the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and the Technical University Darmstadt with the support of the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art.

A total of four universities and eleven non-university research institutions are among the founding members.
Since then, the network's membership has been growing steadily, and we expressly invite commercial enterprises to cooperate as well. Because as the number and diversity of member organizations increases, so do our chances of success.
