Pause button - Pausentaste 
The project "Pausentaste" supports young people taking care of relatives with advice and information. Children and young people seeking advice can reach the hotline at +49 116 111 from Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 8pm. The counselling service is free of charge and anonymous if desired. It is also possible to make an appointment for a consulting service via chat. 

Online counselling
The website Nursing and Living (Leben und Pflegen) offers anonymous counselling for caring relatives.
