Brief Bio

  Llewellyn E. van Zyl (PhD) is a positive organizational psychologist with a keen interest in the design, implementation and evaluation of positive psychological interventions. He is a respected academic, published author and talent management consultant specializing specializing in strengths-based talent analytics, positive psychological assessment methods and positive psychological intervention development. During the past decade, he has gained extensive experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic strengths-based talent development initiatives for multi-national corporations spanning from the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia to South Africa.
