Regulations for students of other faculties

The following information applies only to students who are not enrolled in the Minor Subject Political Science with 60 CP.

Sociology and Political Science studies in the framework of optional modules

If you are not enrolled at the Faculty of Social Sciences but wish to earn credits there in the framework of an optional module in Political Science or Sociology, please contact Academic Advice at studienfachberatung.fb03@soz.uni-frankfurt.de with the following information:

  • Name
  • Matriculation number
  • Details of whether the credits are to be earned in Political Science or Sociology
  • Number of CP aimed for

Academic Advice will then draw up an individual rule for you, according to which you can study with us.

In addition, there are regulations for the Political Science programme that have been agreed with your faculties for the following subjects:

​B.A. Geography

Students of the bachelor's degree programme in Geography may study the Minor Subject Political Science on a scale of 30 CP.  Rules and Modules [PDF]
