​Overview of the application procedure

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING FOR COURSES IN THE SUMMER SEMESTER 2024

The registration for courses will take place uniformly and bindingly via the QIS/LSF system. This applies to all courses of the BA and MA programs of the Faculty 03, including the study component "Politics and Economics" (teaching profession).

​Registration for courses with no limited attendance

Registrations for courses with no limited attendance may be made or canceled throughout the whole registration period.

​Information for students who are not enrolled in a degree program in Faculty 03

Students who are not enrolled in a degree program of Faculty 03, but who want to attend courses of the faculty within the framework of elective modules or minor subject regulations, can register from 26.03.24, starting at 9 a.m. until 04.04.24, until 9 a.m. for free places in the courses. These will be awarded by lottery after the application deadline. From 07.04.24, starting at 9 a.m. until 21.04.24, by 9 a.m., you may register for remaining places in the courses.

​Information for students in cooperative study programs

In the case of cooperative study programs, the registration procedures of other faculties or universities must be observed! For courses in educational sciences, practical school studies and practical semesters (teaching profession), the registration procedures there also apply.

You can contact studienfachberatung.fb03@soz.uni-frankfurt.de with any problems. Please always indicate your matriculation number, the course of study (major or minor), your study regulations and the desired course. We will not be able to assign all desired courses to you, but we will make sure that it is possible to study your program. Please note that we cannot take personal situations or part-time jobs into consideration when assigning you to available courses. We ask you to contact us in good time after phase 2 if you are still missing events in certain modules.
