The Autumn School of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences

Before the first-semester students in the Master's Study Programmes in Molecular Sciences and Molecular Biotechnology begin their regular courses, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences conducts an Autumn School.
The following are to take place in this Autumn School:

  • The contents of the study programmes will be conveyed
  • The research landscape are going to be described
  • The expectations of the instructors and the master's students will be formulated
  • The student's contacts in the work groups and in the institute are presented, and the establishment of regular meetings between the students and their instructors will be discussed. In the process, a periodic reorientation of the Autumn School as well as interdisciplinary journal clubs will be considered.
