Teaching skills in appeal procedures

The assessment of teaching skills in appeal procedures is a complex process for which very different information can be considered. The assessment does not follow a fixed pattern. Therefore, it should be based on the requirements for the respective position. This implies a determination of qualification criteria and the creation of a comparable information basis for the applicants in order to be able to assess their suitability for the criteria defined by the departments.

Upon request, departments, deaneries, and members of appointment committees can obtain (hochschuldidaktik@uni-frankfurt.de) advice and information materials and recommendations on measures that can be used to systematically include and assess the topic of "teaching" in the various steps of regular appeal procedures.
