Corona pandemic: Information for employees and general information

On these pages we provide information on current developments and measures taken by Goethe University in connection with the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). 

Protecting students and employees is our top priority with regard to the corona pandemic. 

Courses for the Winter 2020 semester will therefore begin on 2 November in a mostly digital form, but there will be a larger share of in-person courses in comparison with the Summer 2020 semester, especially for our beginning students.

The State of Hessen has set up a hotline for citizens' questions regarding coronavirus, 0800/555-4666, from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm.
