- Study Trips and Excursions worldwide (outside of Germany)
- funding for max. 12 days
- min. 5/max. 20 participants
- both students and PhD candidates can be funded
- application must be submitted by an academic staff member of Goethe University who is going to supervise the study trip

| Study Trip |
to qualify as a study trip/excursion it must:
- impart academic knowledge
- put students of Goethe University in contact with international students and scientists
|
| Funding |
PROMOS scholarship for study trips inculde fixed rates per day and participant of
- 30 € (mostly European countries) or
- 45 € (mostly outside of Europe)

| Application Deadline |
Applications can be sumbitted twice a year:
- May (for study trips from Juli to December)
- November (for study strips from January to June)

| Application Procedure |
Please send your application per E-Mail (promos@uni-frankfurt.de) or per internal post service to the International Office.
You need to prepare the following documents:
- Reasons for an application including a detailed description of your programme
- List of participants (please use our form template)
- Acceptance Letter of the institution abroad
- further details on the study trip inclunding the exact period of the study trip
- Description of academic prepation of participants (e.g. course during semester)
- Documentation of expenses as well as further funding
