Information zur Speicherung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten gemäß DSGVO (Datenschutzgrundverordnung)
Die im Rahmen des Bewerbungsverfahrens notwendigerweise erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden durch Abschicken der Online-Bewerbung in dem vom Global Office der Goethe-Universität verwendeten Mobilitätsdatenverwaltungsprogramm Mobility Online der Firma SOP gespeichert. Das Programm ist webbasiert, der Zugang mit Login und Passwort geschützt. Das Verfahrensverzeichnis nach § 6 HDSG wurde von der Datenschutzbeauftragten der Goethe-Universität abgenommen. Mit der Firma SOP besteht eine gültige Datenschutzvereinbarung.

Zugriff auf Ihre Daten:
Je nach Programm, für das Sie sich bewerben, haben folgende Parteien Zugriff auf die Daten:

Direktaustauschprogramme der Goethe-Universität: Zugriff haben die in diesem Bereich arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen des Global Office der Goethe-Universität und Mitglieder der jeweiligen Auswahlkommissionen, bei den sog. Landesprogrammen Hessen-Massachusetts, -Wisconsin und -Queensland die MitarbeiterInnen der zuständigen Geschäftsstellen in Hessen und im Hessischen Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst (HMWK). Bei einer intern erfolgreicher Bewerbung werden Ihre Daten im Rahmen der Nominierung dorthin an die aufnehmende Gastinstitution weitergegeben.
ERASMUS+ Studium im Ausland: Zugriff haben die in diesem Bereich arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen des Global Office der Goethe-Universität und die in diesem Bereich arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen des entsprechenden Fachbereiches oder Institutes der Goethe-Universität und im Bereich des durch das Programm vorgeschriebene Berichtspflicht an die nationale Agentur DAAD und die das Programm durchführende EU-Kommission die die in diesem Bereich arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen in diesen Institutionen. Bei einer intern erfolgreicher Bewerbung werden Ihre Daten im Rahmen der Nominierung dorthin an die aufnehmende Gastinstitution weitergegeben.

Austauschprogramme der Fachbereiche: Zugriff haben die in diesem Bereich arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen des entsprechenden Fachbereiches oder Institutes der Goethe-Universität und Mitglieder der jeweiligen Auswahlkommissionen und die in diesem Bereich unterstützend arbeitenden MitarbeiterInnen des Global Office der Goethe-Universität. Bei einer intern erfolgreicher Bewerbung werden Ihre Daten im Rahmen der Nominierung dorthin an die aufnehmende Gastinstitution weitergegeben.
Ferner haben die betreuenden IT-MitarbeiterInnen der Firma SOP Zugriff, die als Vertragspartner der Goethe-Universität die Software Mobility Online bereitstellt. Alle mit den Daten umgehenden, beteiligten Personen sind vertraglich verpflichtet, die Vorgaben der geltenden Datenschutzgrundverordnung einzuhalten.

Zweck der Verarbeitung und Speicherung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist die persönliche und fachliche Auswahl sowie die Administration und statistische Auswertung/Berichtswesen des jeweiligen Austausch- oder Stipendienprogramms.

Zeitraum der Speicherung
Die Speicherung Ihrer Daten im Programm Mobility Online erfolgt für den vorgeschriebenen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren nach Beendigung des akademischen Jahres, in dem Ihre Auslandsmobilität stattfand. Für den Zeitraum nach dieser Frist werden Vorkehrungen getroffen, dass die Mobilitäts- bzw. Förderprogramm-bezogenen Daten anonymisiert erhalten bleiben.

Information on storage and processing of personal data according to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
By submitting the online application, personal data necessarily collected during the application process is saved in the mobility management software Mobility‑Online of the company SOP. The software is web‑based; access is protected through login and password. The directory of procedures according to § 6 HDSG (Data Protection Regulation of the state of Hesse) has been approved by the data protection officers of Goethe University. A valid data protection regulation exists with the company SOP.

University Exchanges Worldwide of the Global Office of Goethe University: Staff members of the Global Office of Goethe University (GU) who administer the outgoing programmes and the members of the selection committees during the application and selection process have access to your data. Furthermore members of the state committee's office and the Hesse State Ministry for Higher Education, Research and the Arts (HMWK) have access to your data, if you apply for the state programmes Hesse-Massachusetts, Hesse-Wiconsin, Hesse-Queensland. If you apply successfully for the programme your data will be passed on to the respective host university during the nomination process.

If you apply successfully for the programme your data will be passed on to the respective host university during the nomination process.
DAAD PROMOS: Staff members of the Global Office of GU who administer the outgoing programmes and members of the selection committees during the application and selection process have access to your data. Since the DAAD PROMOS programme includes a reporting committment to the DAAD, within these reports your data will be passed on to the DAAD and staff members working in the respective DAAD department will have access to your data.
ERASMUS+ Internships: Staff members of the Global Office of GU who administer the outgoing programmes and members of the selection committees during the application and selection process have access to your data, as well as members of the Hesse state committee's office in Fulda. Since ERASMUS is an EU programme and includes a reporting committment, within these reports your data will be passed on to the national agency DAAD and the EU Commission who hosts and the ERASMUS programme and staff members working in the respective ERASMUS departments will have access to your data.

Furthermore the servicing staff of the IT-company SOP has access to the data. SOP provides the mobility management software Mobility Online as contractual partner of GU. Every staff member who has access to personal data is obliged to act according to the data protection regulation.

Purpose of the processing and storage of your personal data is the administration and statistical evaluation/ reporting system of the respective mobility or financial support program.

Storage period
The storage of your data in the program Mobility‑Online is for the statutory period of 5 academic years. For the time after that period precautions will be taken so that the data pertaining to the mobility is stored anonymized.
