Sustainable Development Goal No. 2 calls for an end to hunger and malnutrition, prevention of food waste, establishment of global food security via a supply system of resilient agricultural practices and, in a health context, access to nutritious, balanced food. Particularly affected here are children and young adults, whose physical development and professional future are compromised by malnutrition (UN 2020). .
