When will the admission confirmation be sent out?
Please note that we will be sending the letters of acceptance as well as refusal to your students e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please check your account on regular basis or set up the forwarding of e-mails. Please check your spam/ junk folder as well.
The application usually takes place at the beginning of the winter semester. The application period for the year 2020/21 is going to take place from August 3rd – August 21st 2020.
After the application period the applications are going to be evaluated. After the conclusion of the selection by the jurors of the faculties, the decision about the awarding of scholarships will follow in end-September.
Letters of acceptance will be sent out via both E-Mail and postally in the course of October. You will be given two weeks to accept the scholarship.
Letters of refusal will be sent afterwards. The final letters of refusal will be sent when all scholarships will be allocated. According to experience, this will be the case in mid-November.
