Frankfurt Indian Scholars Association e.V. (FISA)
FISA is an Indian student association, which is active in Frankfurt am Main and in the surrounding areas. It welcomes members not only from India but also from various international cultures who might be interested in learning and appreciating Indian culture. FISA’s core idea lies in the idea of cultural integration and building a harmonious community.
- Focus: attending to student problems which they might encounter during their stay in Germany
- Objective: providing every single student living in and around Frankfurt a hassle-free education and a fun-filled student life
- Activities: organizing several cultural activities all-round the year like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New years, Flashmobs

Suanny Erazo and Natalia Rojas: „ The Grupo Iberoamericano is a student initiative that promotes Ibero-American culture by organizing cultural and academic events on various topics involving Ibero-America. Our main goal is to create a space for language, culture, and current topics surrounding Ibero-America, since there are many students from the field of Roman Language Studies who are interested in these topics, as well as many international students from Ibero-America who can contribute to the discussion.”
Latvian Society Frankfurt
Liene Poriete: We founded the Latvian Society Frankfurt in late 2015 and are trying to reach out and work with young people. We aspire to connect new students with Latvian origins in Frankfurt. We also welcome anyone who is interested in the Latvian language or culture.”
Chinesicher Akademikerverein Frankfurt e.V.
Shun Liu: "We organize many students' activities, such as Chinese spring festival gala, job fair, excursion, etc. in order to help Chinese students to better adapt their study and life here in Frankfurt."
Luxembourgian Students in the Rhine-Main-Area (LSRM)
André Kirsch: “Luxembourgian Students in the Rhine-Main-Area (LSRM) is a small group that connects the currently still small number of students from Luxembourg which attend universities in the Rhine-Main-Area.”
Vietnamese Students Association in Frankfurt am Main (VSAF) e.V.
Thuy-Kbanh Pham: “The goal of our group is to connect Vietnamese students in Frankfurt and to support them. This group also develops and expands communication, understanding, tolerance, and cooperation as well as human, cultural, and academic exchanges between the Vietnamese culture and other cultures. We want to be a bridge between Vietnamese students and corporations, public and international student organizations in Frankfurt, and want to strengthen cooperation.”
