Booking of conference fees, conference schedule and access to virtual venue

All information is displayed until 30 April within the conference platform

Access is the same as to the registration platform.

Timeline:

  • November 15th 2021: Support application deadline
  • November 15th 2021: Abstract submission deadline
  • December 13th 2021:
    •    →Information to applicants about the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts
    •    →Decision on early-career travel-support applications
  • February 28th: Finalization of the program

In line with the present Corona regulations in Germany, the meeting is offered in a hybrid format, i.e. participants will be able to participate in person or online. Late adjustments to updated regulations cannot be excluded completely. Colleagues who want to attend in person will have to prove full vaccination protection. This can be two or three vaccinations dependent on the date of the second vaccination. For further information on the present local requirements please have a look at the travel information site.
