- In matters that concern employees with severe disabilities individually or as a group
- When there are problems with supervisors or colleagues, for example for help in preparing a conversation
- In matters regarding a disability-friendly workplace
- To submit an application for recognition of degree of disability (Grade der Behinderung / GdB)
- Regarding reintegration measures
- Also with regard to recruitment processes if individuals with severe disabilities or individuals with equivalent status (gleichgestellt) have applied.
