Support by your supervisor at the faculty

Doctorate supervision mainly consist of a dialogue between you and your professor or perhaps also with a team of supervising professors. They will support you in issues of content and together with you will draft a schedule and procedure for your doctorate. You will discuss the progress of your work in regular meetings with the supervisor. It is recommended that you enter into a supervising agreement with your supervisor.

The social counselling service will offer advice during your doctorate, e.g. regarding extension of your residence permit.

The specific form of the programme is developed by way of a dialogue between the doctoral candidates and their supervisors.
