Advice and Support Offers of the Service Point
The Service Point for Refugee Students aims to support Goethe University students with a refugee background in all matters relating their studies. It bundles existent offers for refugees at Goethe University and provides needs-based guidance and advice.
Our Offers:
- Weekly individual consultation hours as well as availability via E-Mail
- Information and individual consultation on options to finance your studies (including BAföG, scholarships, student jobs and emergency aid) as well as support during the application process
- Support for general study organization and planning (e.g. preparation of schedules, hardship fund application)
- Support for finding “student buddies”
- Referral to and Information on internal university offers like consultation, qualification and support (e.g. Kompass³ workshops and events)
