Our Mission
GRADE ist the central institution of the Goethe University offering multi-disciplinary qualification programs, guidance, and support to researchers during the early stages of their careers.
Our goal is to ensure high-quality provision of professional development training to researchers who are in the early stages of their careers, while at the same time contributing to the university's strong academic reputation. This is accomplished in cooperation with the university's departments, senate, PhD candidates and postdocs on the basis of the established regulations on doctoral degrees and habilitation.
