Your Kompass³ team
International students and students with a migration background who aim to graduate from Goethe University.
The Kompass³ certification programme is offered by the International Office together with the Career Service. The programme comprises numerous workshops and seminars designed to help international students develop various skills for a successful graduation and a good start to their professional careers. To this end, we work together with many internal and external cooperation partners. After successful completion we award an official certificate of participation for the students’ CV.
Kompass³ events are structures in three branches: “Study Techniques and Language“, “Job and Career“ and “Intercultural and Social Competences“. Participants choose a minimum of 7 events over the course of 3-4 semesters, which must include at least 2 events per branch.

Kompass³ aims to support international students in numerous ways, from the day they start their studies to the day they enter the job market. The programme is adapted to the specific needs of international students who plan to graduate from Goethe University. At the same time, the programme aims to show students individual potential and support their integration into the daily world of studies and work.
