Revision of manuscripts by English native speakers
GRADE registered participants are eligible to benefit from the Language Service offered by our academy. A native speaker who is familiar with academic conventions and requirements will proofread your manuscript within ten days. Please submit your manuscript as a single Word file and send it as an attachment to GRADE, stating if British or American English shall be used. Upon receiving your manuscript, we will immediately forward it to our collaborating colleague, who will return the revised version with corrections to you, along with comments and— in the case of incomprehensible text —with questions.
Please note that only final drafts of manuscripts should be submitted for correction. Each manuscript will be accepted for correction only once, which means that content modification does not justify resubmitting the same manuscript. Complete dissertations are not subject of this language service (also not chapter by chapter)!
