GRADE Ombudsperson
The ombudspersons act as confidential advisors and mediators to whom doctoral candidates and their supervisors can turn in case of any conflicts during the course of doctoral projects.
If there are questions or serious problems, GRADE recommends at least one coaching session with our professional coach. Sometimes this is already sufficient to resolve the problem. Find out more about individual coaching.
