The Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers (GRADE) is the central platform for all Early Career Researchers at Goethe University. Within a comprehensive qualification program GRADE offers group-specific support to researchers from the R1-R3 phase, including workshops, individual coaching, networking events, measures for career development, financial support, and language courses.
The GRADE Research Units provide subject-specific and interdisciplinary qualification and support for scientists in their early career. They are organized as GRADE Initiatives, GRADE Centers and GRADE Academies.

GRADE Centers // Subject-related and interdisciplinary support and networking, embedded in the research profile of Goethe University.
GRADE Academy // Networking and support for outstanding postdoctoral researchers with a focus on societal challenges.
