About me

I’m a doctoral student at the Social Psychology department. My research focuses on self-compassion and mindfulness. In online and lab experiments I look at the effects of meditation and other interventions on pain, stress, and well-being. Before coming to Goethe University, I studied Management at Mannheim University. I’m passionate about teaching mindfulness and positive Psychology at Goethe University. On my blog I write about meditation and daily philosophy.
