Entry requirements for a Bachelor’s degree in Scandinavian Studies

Knowledge of language

Our course in Scandinavian Studies does not require students to have any prior knowledge of Scandinavian languages. However, knowledge of English is required. More specific information (such as the level of proficiency required and how proof of this is provided) can be found in the study regulations, available for download here. An excerpt of the passages from the study regulations relating to language skills and proficiency can be found at the bottom of this page.

Proof of your language skills will be required of you when you register, or, at the latest, before the first module assessment in the qualification phase.
