Anoush Margaryan and Heather Hofmeister are organizing a thematic stream at the WORK2017 conference in Turku, Finland this August on “Sources of Meaning in Work.”
Two other related conferences are calling for submissions, the VII International Conference of Work and Family and the first International Conference of Women and (new) leadership. Both Conferences will be held in early July in Barcelona, Spain. They’re organized by the International Center for Work and Family of IESE Business School.
Heather Hofmeister presented an evening workshop for post-docs at the HeRA Werkstatt at the HHU Düsseldorf in January 2017 to invite reflection about the career pathways after the postdoc. Questions for reflection are available at her blog.
The Winter Semester 2016-17 is winding to a close. The Propädeutikum had record participation this semester, with 919 students working towards a participation grade (Teilnahme) and 440 of those handing in a term paper for a full Module credit (Leistungsnachweis).
