Master of Laws degree in European and international economic law (LL.M. Eur.)
This is a one-year degree programme leading to the qualification of a Master of Laws degree in European and international economic law (LL.M. Eur.). To obtain the degree, students must demonstrate that they have acquired a detailed understanding in the area of European and international economic law and produced an academic paper (master’s dissertation) dealing with a legal topic in this area. To be considered for the LL.M. Eur. degree programme candidates must satisfy the requirements to be admitted to the First State Examination in Law in Hesse, with an average grade of 10 points in all the relevant components, or have passed the First State Examination in Law with a grade of at least ‘vollbefriedigend’. The degree programme begins every October. Applications must be received by 15 July.
