Students graduating from the Department of English and American Studies (IEAS) are disposed for various careers in different branches.  This means that students don’t have to choose a career path right at the beginning of their studies but that they should to advance their own interests in fields of works through internships, volunteering and other extracurricular activities and explore new working environments independently.

Many students aspire to work in universities or research institutes after graduation. The IEAS prepares graduate students in its master’s degree courses for this career path through modules such as "Academic Training",which provides hands-on insights into the academic field of work.
